A good design has to be environmentally conscious. The types of materials we specify can make substantial difference. Some materials, even those regarded as "green", involve huge CO2 emissions during their production. Other materials introduce serious recycling issues.
In my designs I address those issues and choose the most environmentally friendly option possible.

I also have an energy-wise approach.
By harvesting of natural, free energy, its proper management and storage, it is possible for a building to produce more energy than consume on average throughout the year.

Water conserving solutions are also important and should be incorporated into design. And no, it does not mean that you have to live with a water tank in your garden!
